Overall Satisfaction with Domo
Currently, we are in the development stages and testing it with Operations, Sourcing, and Clinical team. We would eventually like to fully have it in production and used across the whole organizations. Some of the business problems are lack of engagement in our Domo project and that our operators are too busy.
- DOMO users can drill into the data quickly with ease.
- It is very user-friendly for both the person creating cards and also for operators to use.
- It is accessible through the app on the phone.
- The new storytelling filtering reset button should reset both the filters on a card that is built and filters created elsewhere on the dashboard.
- Would like a way to incorporate financial statements in a different format vs. just the table view.
- We've had a positive ROI using Domo in our coding department of about $16k in the first quarter of 2019.
- A significant positive ROI in the cost savings department within the last year.
- There's been a negative impact of having Domo and keeping the old reporting system due to contract terms.
We looked into Tableau before Domo but decided Domo was more suitable for our business.
