Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

Shared Documents across multiple offices, employees in the field upload photos from job sites. Share quotes and receipts across offices. We also back up the majority of desktops across the company to Dropbox as an added layer of backup security. Allowing access to documents from any of our office locations is a huge help to our staff.

Dropbox mimics the look and feel of Windows, making it exceptionally easy for my staff to get accustomed to. Onboarding new employees is fast and seamless as they feel immediately comfortable with how things work right out of the gate. The mobile app adds an additional layer of accessibility and ease of use.

Excellent for companies that have remote offices. It allows staff to seamlessly interact with each other digitally. Our company has field representatives who perform service calls and installation jobs. Dropbox allows them to upload job site photos from the field to be reviewed immediately by the staff back at the office.

Using Dropbox

30 - We have a full team of field representatives and installers that sell and install marine construction jobs in the field and at trade shows. The pictures and documents they upload from the field are then received and worked by our office staff, which is spread out between 4 different locations in 2 states.
