Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
We use it for all document as we are mostly a paper-less company. It is being used via a variety of divisions in the company. It helps us show our green status, as well as easy access within and outside the company as we need. Helpful and easy to navigate through with the desktop version.

- integerartions with other communication channels
- web access seems to have its limitation when documents are shared
- Reduction in costs of operations
- Reduction in physical security needed
- Efficiency in document access
Google Drive has much better integrations, but Dropbox seems to have a better security
