Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
Senior management needs the analyses and reports I create. By saving in Dropbox, access is provided to the designated senior managers at a time convenient for them. The managers also can annotate, revise, and amend files for my later use and analysis and this also can be done at a timeframe convenient for me.
- Seamless sharing of files
- Familiar editing commands for filing
- Immediate access to files for all authorized employees
- I, sometimes, become confused when I use my business vs personal Dropbox facilities.
- I wish it was possible to sync files between my business and personal Dropbox accounts.
- We are a very small company, however, we likely save $3000 - $5000 each month in meeting time (labor costs), as Dropbox allows for collaboration between parties without having to take the time for extra meetings.
- Apple iCloud and OneDrive
iCloud I have used, but I prefer Dropbox as I believe it can be used on multiple platforms, whereas iCloud seems to require all users to have Apple hardware. OneDrive I have used as well, and it seems to work fine, but again iCloud seems to be used more universally and is therefore of greater utility.
