Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Business

Our department uses Dropbox Business for sharing files with each other and with our clients. It is hugely beneficial to be able to quickly and easily share files back and forth. It has helped us to speed up not only delivering final files to clients, but also sending previews to clients -- speeding up our review/editing process.

Pros

  • A quick and easy way to share files.
  • Simple to use -- very little chance of clients being confused trying to use Dropbox.
  • Sharing is very easy.

Cons

  • I'm always up for cheaper, but you get what you pay for. The extra storage space with Business accounts is definitely worth it for sharing large files.
  • Dropbox Business has a fantastic ROI. The time you will eliminate by its ease of use is tremendous.
  • Sharing files with clients quickly and easily helps improve customer relations.
  • Sharing files quickly with teammates will make you more efficient!
Google Drive is great as well. In both cases, if you are using a lot of storage space or sharing video files, you will need to upgrade to a paid option. If you're using a bunch of other Google products then it makes sense to pay for all their suite options, they may make sense. However, if you're just looking for a way to share a lot of files, Dropbox is everything you need.
It is reliable, easy, and simple to use. It does everything that it promises and does it well. Sharing files is made simple and straightforward. It has a professional presentation and your clients will love how easy it is to use. If you're looking for a way to share a lot of files, you need not look further.
As I've stated, Dropbox Business is incredibly easy to use. Even people who aren't the most tech savvy shouldn't have much problem getting up and running with Dropbox. Sharing files is made incredibly simple. It's reliable and can be used on a variety of platforms to help keep you efficient and agile.
If you are sharing a lot of large files with team members or clients, Dropbox Business could work wonders for you. There are only a handful of ways to share large files online and Dropbox is one of the simplest and easiest ways to do so. I highly recommend it for the headache it will take away!
