Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Sign

We use Dropbox Sign to manage offer letters and other agreements as part of the new hire onboarding process. These are loaded into Dropbox Sign as templates so that I can issue the same agreement easily each time.
  • Ease of using templates.
  • Easy for signee to access from mobile devices.
  • I'd like to see functionality for changing a PDF into a fillable form.
  • Reduction of paper waste.
  • Enable our remote workforce to work more efficiently.
Templates and docs are easy to load, and assigning signatures is also quite easy.
Dropbox is easy to use with templates and forms. I customize this outside of dropbox and then load them for the best appearance.
Dropbox sign stacks up positively against other signature programs in ease of use and cost.

This product is very useful when using templates or other basic items that need signatures. However, when I need to convert or manipulate documents and add text to make a correction before a second signature, I must use Adobe Sign for that.
