Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I have used Dropbox Sign to complete contracts with vendors and employees. I find the product easy to navigate and use and one that I would easily recommend to others. It is very easy to upload documents and send them via email, track them, get them signed, and even remind recipients to complete documents as needed.

We did not feel that Dropbox Sign was difficult to use or setup at all. The system is very user-friendly and the prompts are easy to employ. We did not need to access tech support but heard from other users that tech support was lacking; this was not our experience.

Dropbox Sign is best for contracts, or other documents that require the collection of signatures. What we liked the most was the ability to collect multiple signatures from multiple parties and the ability to control who signed when and in what order. This made executing contracts in a series or order easier than previous methods.
