Overall Satisfaction with Druva Data Resiliency Cloud

Druva Insync has solved our problem of endpoints data protection, and Hybrid Workload Solved our problem of servers, Virtual Machines, and database backup. We always found that backup was always available during any misshaping. It helped a lot when our campus data was almost gone in the flood. During the covid time when employees were working from home and never returned to the office we restored our data without any involvement of left employees.
It helped us a lot to protect our data.

  • Auto deployment is very painful it needs huge improvemetn.
  • We are not able to use it in our remote locations because deployment not working. There should be Druva's own deployment system. It could be web based as well as email notification based.

We are not using it for cloud applications.
The unit system of the product is real scale-able. If we need more space simply subscribe more units that's it.

Their product is competitively less expensive but the availability of data can not be compromised due to lack of support and services. Druva's OEM support makes it unique and top of the line.

It is best for endpoints and server back as we experienced. 100% data availability is really appreciating. Support quality is excellent. Druva support is just few clicks away from customers.
There is requirement of improvement in remote deployment. There is need of any tool so that the client can be deployed remotely.

  • As we are an educational institution so staff is not so techno sevey so they delete their data by mistake and we provide it back from Druva.
  • We need a remote deployment tool. It will help us a lot to protect our organization data. With remote deployment tool we will be able to forcefully deploy it to protect organization.

Druva Data Resiliency Cloud Implementation

  • Implemented in-house
Change management was a major issue with the implementation - It is very difficult to convince employees that it protects the data. Many time employees fight with IT implementation team. Many employees removed and crashed their operating system to remove the Druva client. We are still in struggle and could not convince all user to use it.
  • You will send our data to the cloud. So it can be theft.
  • You are installing a control client in our computers. Any out source people can access it.
  • We have secret data in our PCs. So we can not allow it to backup at any other place.
Druva support helped a lot in implementation. The lack of remote deployment tools make difficult to deploy at the organization level.
