Overall Satisfaction with Dynatrace

We are utilizing Dynatrace to implement observabiltiy into sdlc. It will be utilized by both operations and developers to help find and correct problems quickly.

Dynatrace offers what Splunk does not, which is tracing (not considering Splunk's new acquisitions). Selected Dynatrace because corporate is already using it.
Their support is always available.

Dynatrace is amazing when it comes to tracing a transaction through the system. However, when it comes to log metrics, I find other tooling to be better.
