Overall Satisfaction with Dynatrace
We use Dynatrace across the company to monitor our critical business applications so that our customers are getting the best experience possible from us. Dynatrace allows us to deploy faster with less man power than competing products and helps identify issues automatically.
Pros
- OneAgent deployment is really easy.
- AI baselines and automatic problem identification.
Cons
- Licensing model complexities for large companies.
- Better APIs to bring more transparencies to the usage of the tool (dem usage, host unit usage, etc).
- It has allowed us to know about and fix problems faster.
- Ease of use requires less training time for users.
Dynatrace's AI and problem identification works so much better than anything we've seen in other products. The management of licensing is better in Dynatrace in terms of capping specific environments. Administrating Dynatrace has gotten easier over time.
