Overall Satisfaction with Engagedly

Engagedly does a great job of meeting our business needs by being such a customizable solution. We love that we do not have to re-create our performance management model in order to introduce this to our team. It also addresses our increased need for transparency at higher levels of leadership.

  • It has already provided a better framework to set up goals for our teams
  • Neg impact - limited feed of info from HRIS - requires some manual data to uploaded.
Customer service is timely, and open to new innovations if they come across something they can't fix right away. They are also available when you need them for questions. They've gone above and beyond to work with me on issues, including hopping on the phone when they typically primarily communicate via email.

Suited perfectly for an Andon, goal-based performance model. It allows for instant views into progress, without requiring a deep dive into updates between a team member and their manager. It is not best suited for reporting, as reports are all out of the box, and I cannot choose the report I'd like to build. Engagedly could also offer a better change management service to help roll out such a large program to large employers
