Overall Satisfaction with eTapestry
eTapestry works great for entering data concerning donations. At a non-profit organization, I would record monetary and supply donations (like clothing and bedding.) Since I would volunteer two times a month, I was thankful that eTapestry was easy to remember. It is also intuitive - easy to figure out how to use it for other needs.

- It seems so basic.

- Fast thank you letters for donations.
The Raisers Edge is more detailed than eTapestry. I used The Raisers Edge as a volunteer at another organization. It look me longer to feel comfortable with it and needed assistance more often than with eTapestry. It would not have worked to have The Raisers Edge at the smaller non-profit organization.
