We have used batch campaign systems, and relied on partners to run our campaigns previously. With eTrigue we can now run our own campaigns very easily, with little training required, and can change campaigns mid flow based on performance reporting. We have seen a 100% return on investment in our first campaign. The supporting and initial training is very helpful, and the team helps us if we ever have questions. We appreciate their fast response and availability and genuine concern for our campaigns. They make lots of suggestions on how to improve our message and campaign effectiveness.

Yes - We replaced batch and blast systems. We needed to develop lead nurturing and automated responses that were delivered during hours that sales reps are available. eTrigue is much more scalable since we have limited time to train new employees. The interface is very intuitive and easy to use even for people who have never setup a lead nurturing campaign before.

Yes - Integration with CRM took one hour, sync was handled automatically. User creation took 20 minutes. Adding code to our site took about two hours. Initial training took two hours, advanced training was handled within a day. Landing page setup was handled by etrigue within one day. Complete setup four days. We only needed to handle about two hours on our end. All setup was handled by eTrigue automatically without additional cost.
Change management was a small part of the implementation and was well-handled - Great customer support and ability to talk live is very helpful and saved us time.

No - We get premium support for FREE. They dont charge customers for live phone or email support. They offer onsite support and training if needed.
Yes - I reported a bug, then discovered that my browser was cached and out of date. They did a quick WebEx and showed me how to correct it within 15 minutes.
Our initial setup was very fast, and they checked our campaigns to make sure we had everything correct.
