Overall Satisfaction with Eventbrite

We use Eventbrite to organize tour groups who come to see our university campus. It allows us to obtain information about our tour groups, organize them into smaller subgroups dependant on faculty, and assign tour guides with similar experiences to prospective students. It is also helpful for understanding how many people are coming on our tours (daily) and assigning the appropriate amount of tour guides.
  • It allows us to obtain information about event attendees, which helps in providing a great guest experience.
  • It gives us a perspective number of attendees, which is important when determining how many tour guides to assign to a group for a day.
  • It allows us to keep track of any special tours we may have.
  • I think that the embedding feature needs to be bettered.
  • I would like if the analytics were a bit better.
  • We can't point to numbers as we don't have any direct correlation, but it is integral to organizing our tours, which act as the first point of contact with prospective students and are important to our recruiting efforts.
Eventbrite is easily usable for its most basic functions (starting events and managing events). It is easily usable and it doesn't take a very long time to learn. There may be additional advanced functions but I'm not totally sure about it.
Support isn't very good. They use live chat, so it's okay only if you have a simple problem to solve. Otherwise, it isn't very useful, because the rest of their customer service isn't useful at all.
Eventbrite is really well suited for organizing events and providing a way to get information from attendees. We use it for reoccurring events and also for special events such as semesterly open houses. It helps us to know how many people are showing up and organizing the correct amount of employees accordingly.
