Overall Satisfaction with Everstage

We use Everstage to track our incentives every month. The main problem it is solving is letting us know what are our incentives every month making us easy to calculate how we will be getting , which indirectly helps us to boost our sale target.
  • Tracking Incentives , it tracks our incentives very well
  • We can see our Incentive structure and what are our incentives every month which motivates us to perform well
  • Monthly Incentives won't be reflected immediately, that can be done better.
  • The platform should've needed a space where we could note down all our aligned payments, which could have helped create a chart to analyze the amount of incentive expected. Also, when back out happens, we should be able to track the action plan already positioned in the page.
  • Poorly Defined Goals: If the goals or incentives are not clear, employees may not understand what they need to do to earn them.
  • Positive Impact would be Incentive tracking has motivated me a lot to make sales and earn more incentives.
  • Everstage has made it easier to dissect all the areas, from the performance evaluation to showcasing the number of incentives earned.
  • An urge to rectify your previous performance and learn from the error. A well-wised game plan reaches an enormous acme.
Not used any other products yet. But i would definetly recommend Everstage over any other product because of the feasibility it provides and puts and positive impact on the users.

It's brilliant Incentive tracking system is helping me alot.It has given me a perfect vision of the achievements that I need to attain and is yet to be achieved with an accurate number of days left which has helped me to prepare and lay down a thorough strategized structure to achieve the target for the month.
