Overall Satisfaction with EveryAction
EveryAction has been integrated into almost all of the activity of our organization. It's one of the only, if not only, packages that can handle CRM functions, advocacy work, donations and events. In addition, the analytic tools have been integrated into our review processes for increasing the delivery and open rates of email. There's not an aspect of our work that doesn't interact with EveryAction.
- CRM Functions are fantastic - tracking all engagement with and communication to supporters.
- Creating Events - both ticketed and non-ticketed - is clear and easy for users.
- Email design templates make sense and look great.
- Creating and adding activist codes can be cumbersome.
- Full integration with ActBlue is needed.
- Improved donation tracking and donor communications have increased return donations.
- Tracking email open frequency has allowed us to increase our engagement numbers.
- Event forms have allowed us to make it easier to participate and donate.
The implementation of EveryAction was a bit more challenging than I had originally anticipated and I needed to bring in someone to coach us through this. A lot of this was just due to our organization being small and not having the expertise in-house. An organization with a dedicated IT person or someone who has used EveryAction before should be able to move through this more easily.
We've had no issues with availability or errors even when on the road. Planned upgrades have been clearly communicated and the system seems to work on a very consistent basis. Our use case is somewhat small, but I've also not heard of any major challenges for anyone using it for more.
I can't say enough positive about how these pieces working together have increased our efficiency, our professionalism and our overall reputation. In addition, it has increased our online giving numbers, our volunteer activity and overall engagement through email. We've seen year over year increases in all these areas, even through the pandemic. I believe EveryAction's tools helped make it possible for us to thrive during challenging fundraising and engagement periods.

There's no comparison. Other CRMs are CRMs first and tools second. EveryAction flips that without sacrificing the strength of the CRM portion of the product. For any non-profit that does education and advocacy work, there is just not comparison. No other software is set up for voter contact, donation management and volunteer engagement like EveryAction.
EveryAction just feels different, especially from an advocacy perspective. The software is designed for multi-level engagement and allows us to treat all our contacts with the appropriate amount of care. Unlike other products, it wasn't designed for sales and then modified. It's clear that EveryAction is about engagement from the ground up.
