Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer

I used Exclaimer for three business areas with each having its own dedicated branding and footer details. Exclaimer allows me to easily create templates and build up on them ensuring standardisation across all departments. I can either use a drag and drop interface or get more creative using HTML so it provides as much ability as i desire. It integrates with office 365 perfectly and we have never had a problem with the software since purchase. It is so good i carried this to where i work now from prior business. I would recommend Exclaimer to anyone wanting a solid and permanent solution for email footers and disclaimers. Once set up there is no need to go back to messy internally managed deployments.

Exclaimer has the ability to specify different footers across the business, by department or even at single user level. It allows you to standardise and brand your business and create the most professional image for your customers. Never will i spend my time chasing employees for self created footers which are non standard.

Using Exclaimer

Simple and easy to learn and use with almost automatic onboarding via an exchange security group or multiple groups to obtain different footers for different teams. It just makes sense!
