We use Exclaimer as a signature service for our Exchange Online server. We use multiple internal and external signature designs.
- Allows multiple signatures
- Ease of design of signature including image and hyperlinks
- Syncing of Azure AD users
- Managing users/groups signatures are assigned to
- The signature design could be more intuitive, that said it is functional and works well enough.
- The new portal layout is not as easy to use as the old one. I often find myself reverting back, however it could just be I am not used to the new one yet.
- Support is cumbersome. Ideally there would be AUS based phone support available.
- Having consistent signatures with constantly changing images we require is great.
- Controlling signatures and removing the need for staff to configure their own ensures we are sending professional looking emails.
- The time saved in configuring signatures is immense. IT are able to make changes within minutes compared to hours spent supporting individual signatures.
Yes, we use multiple signatures based on various requirements. Being able to design different signatures and assign them via individual user objects or security groups makes our signature configuration processes very efficient.
