Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer
We utilise Exclaimer Cloud to apply professional and consistent signature templates across all users, whether they send emails from their computer or mobile devices. We utilise Exclaimer's signature rules to apply different templates for new and reply/forward mails. Previously signatures were being configured by simply sharing a template and asking users to manually copy and customise it in Outlook, this led to inconsistent formatting due to lack of central management, as well as an inability to utilise that template anywhere other than Outlook. Exclaimer addresses both of these issues with the ability to centrally configure and distribute a signature template to all user's Outlook via the sync app, as well as stamping the template on emails send via mobile devices or webmail

- A portal to allow users to make limited amendments to the information included in their signature without being able to change the core template would be very useful. Currently, we can only offer users custom fields (e.g. working days for part-time users) via exchange custom fields managed by IT
- Improved the company's professional image with a consistent signature format across all users
- Reduce overhead on IT by having signatures automatically distributed and updated rather than manually configured and customised for each user
Different department templates were not a requirement for us, but this flexibility has enabled us to create different templates for new emails and forwards/replies, so we are only including our company logo once in any given email trail to reduce clutter

No, this seemed unnecessary for the scale of our implementation and I have been satisfied with the level of support I have received when needed
As previously mentioned, the support I received when I reported my initial implementation issue was very quick both on initial response and diagnosing the issue

- Sync app seamlessly keeps signatures up to date in Outlook
- Adding custom fields on a per-user basis requires using custom Exchange fields, which is functional but a little cumbersome
