Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Office 365

Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer

We use Exclaimer for all our email signatures. it allows us to keep consistent and compliant regardless of which device sends the email, be it laptop, desktop, phone or tablet.
  • Good easy to use modular design with drag and drop operation.
  • A nice selection of pre made templates.
  • Manual adjustment to the design is pretty easy to perform.
  • The lack of HTML support is the only big failure of the product
  • Improved regulatory compliance with consistent legal footers.
  • Improved image with consistent footers across all communications.
Drag and drop, premade templates and fields drawing content directly for Office 365 all make Exclaimer a joy to use. Simple and effective.
Assigning different signatures to security groups allows granular control of multiple signatures and a desktop app for managed enforcement and deployment is a bonus.
This is a feature we've only used a fraction. We have different signatures for different departments only and again it was quick and easy to setup.
We have looked at a few other email signature platforms but only because we'd ideally like to embed html. We did not move forward on this as the price point for Exclaimer was significantly better.

Do you think Exclaimer delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Exclaimer's feature set?

Yes

Did Exclaimer live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Exclaimer go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Exclaimer again?

Yes

Exclaimer works well across all business sizes but is particularly suited to large organisations where signatures can be omitted by less technical users or amended by the more proficient. A standard consistent email signature improves the perception of a business and keeps it compliant in many cases. Even a micro business gains some benefit in the application of consistent signatures across mobile devices.

The only weakness of Exclaimer is its inability to accept html code blocks. This prevents you integrating external content which is a great shame and the only reason I'd consider going elsewhere.

It does almost everything we want it to do

Evaluating Exclaimer and Competitors

  • Price
  • Product Features
  • Product Usability
  • Product Reputation
Price was a factor, we didn't need many licenses and I hate paying for something we wouldn't need to use at the time. Priced per user is perfect.
No difference, the lack of embedded html support is a minor gripe.

Exclaimer Implementation

Make sure you roll out the desktop client for Outlook to keep users in order.
