Exclaimer - The Answer to All Your Signature Woes!

I am one of the Senior Technicians for a group consisting of several companies. Each individual company in the group requires its own unique signature, pulling in fields from AD. We also have an added complication where certain members of each group require additional elements in the signature, indicating various business accreditations - shown as logos. This is achieved via keywords used in some of the unused fields in AD. Exclaimer allows us to have the individual signatures we require and also the additional elements based on the role within the organization.

We have individual signatures for the 9 companies in the group and growing. We have signatures for new external emails, reply emails, and also internal emails - all tailored for those recipients. We are now investigating whether the other features, such as feedback and appointment bookings are of use.

We are a recent convert to Exclaimer's cloud solution, and already we are more than happy with its implementation. The added bonus of seeing, and also selecting which signature is applied from the client is a godsend. As of today, we've had no instances of signature failure - and have full faith in the product.
