We've implemented Exclaimer for email signature management company-wide. This allowed us to seamlessly incorporate our "Best Places to Work" award logo into signatures. Exclaimer ensured consistency across all devices and platforms, streamlining our communication. The ROI was quick due to its efficiency, enabling our IT team to focus on enhancing other business processes.
- Manage email signatures for different departments.
- Works well with Outlook web mail
- Documentation is very well laid out and easy follow.
- In my experience, support was slow to respond and a lot of back and forth.
- Talk to a human for support would be great.
- In my experience, the signatures immediately were rejected by client email systems because of the added URL's from the Exclaimer system. When you add the Facebook Icon from the signature editor, it adds a VERY long URL. Most phishing/span gateways reject. We had to take of the social media icons.
- Time saved from IT staff manually configuring signatures.
- Efficiency to tie into Active Directory which automates the creation entirely.
We do not use this feature.
We are under HIPAA regulations and knowing Exclaimer focuses
on cloud security is peace of mind.
