Excalimer is deployed company wide. We use it to make our signatures more dynamic, using banners to present products, events, conferences, etc.
In the past, each employee had to create they're own signature and ouir company brand was not uniform. Exclaimer solved this.

We benefit from it daily. We are able to do things that we did not in the past just because it was too complicated.
We trust Excalimer from the beginning and never had any issues with security.
We have not tried any other signature tool besides Offices' default.
