Overall Satisfaction with Expensify

We use Expensify in any department as long as they need to use their own money to make purchases while on a business trip. We have used it to go out of town for conferences to cover hotel, travel, and food costs. I believe everyone who uses it is salaried and must have their manager approve the report before reimbursement.
  • Manages receipts easily.
  • Collects information.
  • Creates quick and easy reports.
  • No Hassel expense tracking.
  • There were quite a few notifications that I didn't need, but you can turn them off.
  • Positive for employees because it is easy to track expenses for reimbursement.
I have not used their customer support.

Yes

This would work well for those who like the ease of a mobile app and who enjoy technology. Those who do not like technology or struggle to use apps and cameras will not like it as much.
