Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

We use EZ Texting to message internal employees. We are able to use the EZ Texting API to keep our contacts and groups in sync from our internal system so that we don't have to waste time keeping another system up to date.

  • Reduces the barriers to getting messages sent out quickly to the groups we are expecting
  • More secure than our old solution by allowing multiple accounts to sign in and use the system
  • Easier to respond to people than our old system using the mobile app
There aren't any big features missing and it does exactly what we were looking for
Its nice to be able to get a starting point on a message when you aren't sure exactly how to word it.

The API, web and mobile functionality are far beyond what RingCentral has to offer. We are very happy after the switch, especially with the automations we have configured using the API
