Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting
We are a non-profit organization that uses EZ Texting to upload our lead generation contacts. We have a 3-step communication plan with interacting with our leads. However, our last step is EZ Texting if they have not engaged with us prior, and texting allows us to communicate with them if they didn't answer a email or a call from us.
- Creating messages
- Uploading contacts
- Adding a logo image to the message
- I wish characters weren't equivalent for credits
- Another easier way to delete contacts in one group
- We have better engagement and retention
- We are able to properly communicate with people that may not be interested in our program
It wouldn't list but Textsignal, it was very hard to use couldn't upload contacts nor delete people along the way. No preview of message sending before hand.
