Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting
EZ Texting is exactly that. Easy. I tried a competitor company and it just didn’t work. So many glitches. I found EZ Texting and got started right away. It’s also terrific that we get to decide how much we want to spend as we go. It’s not a hefty monthly commitment. Pay as you go is great. I wish it had a few more features but for now it’s been a good move for us and is helping my business.

- AI help with content built right in.
- It’s basic.
- I wish it automatically cleaned the bounces.
- If you don’t manually remove bad numbers. You resend and pay for them again next time.
- It’s getting the word out for me better than email.
- It’s quick and easy to make a campaign.
I like AI when I am stuck on what content to create. But I dislike that the AI makes the posts longer and thus more expensive. It feels
like a trick to get you to spend more money.

I think Constant Contact was Terrible. Cumbersome. Terrible compliance department. It never worked for me.
