Our customer experience has increased significantly because of the amount of communication we are able to provide.

The layout menu could be better. One thing that throws me off a little is that there is an inbox button, but to see sent messages, you click campaigns. While I understand the thought process behind it, seeing the words "outbox/sent clicks better with the brain and is often laid out this way on other platforms (email, text, etc.)

AI Compose

I use it to rewrite some of our standard messages to clients. I liked that we can adjust the tone and that it included emojis to add a different touch to the messages.

The fact that EZ Texting integrates with Zapier helps save a tremndous amount of time in my business. I connect my crm to Zapier as well and can now send general or tailored text message updates to various clients in the clickof a button.
