Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting
We use EZ Texting to keep our customers up to date on UI releases and new products. It is a great way to connect with customers because texting almost ensures they see your message. It's hard to get our customers' attention by email. They are busy and receive lots of emails from many other similar businesses. Texting allows us to stand out and ensures our customers are aware of the amazing things we are developing to help them.
- Negative impact so far - just getting started. But I am optimistic that texting will result in a positive ROI.
I have not used AI Compose. Maybe I should try it.
We chose EZ Texting over enterprise solutions because of it's ease of set up, ease of use, and low barrier to entry. We had discussions with other companies, and it seemed very complicated and would require a lot of set up on our end. We don't have a dedicated IT or marketing team. We are a small business. So those barriers were just too complicated and we decided to go with an easier solution.
