Fireflies.ai is a voice recognition tool that understands you better than the rest and predicts what you need before you even ask. It is built on the latest in AI, deep learning, and NLP technology, which helps users get their work done in less time while improving productivity in our organization.

- The pricing is also kind of expensive.
- No video recording which for the price should be included.
- Customer service is constantly improving and is quick and responsive.
- Allows you to transcribe and convert speech to text in real-time.
- The conversion is completely powered by AI and hence it's extremely fast, accurate and scalable.
When we used Chorus.ai in our organization, I thought the Analytics were worthless. Beyond the point I made earlier about using the iOS app doesn't count towards your Engagement score, the only way calls are correctly counted is to the Rep who set up the call. I manage a team of Sales Engineers who support Sales Reps, who typically set up the Zoom session. Chorus.ai doesn't show any stats on my team. However, Fireflies.ai is a virtual assistant that helps you manage your business. It recognizes voice commands from the user and turns them into tasks.
