Overall Satisfaction with FixMe.IT
I work for a copier dealership and I help a lot of customers remotely using fixme.it whenever they have printing/scanning issues with the copiers.
- Easy for customers to get me a Client ID
- No real lag time with the connection makes it easy for me to get done what I need to get done in a quick fashion
- Can reboot computer without having client to sign me back on
- Needs to be able to be used in a MAC environment
- That is only thing I would love for to be added to it
- Great Product
- Get done a lot of service calls without leaving my office
- Could get more service calls done if it worked on MACs
- that's it
TeamViewer I use for Mac clients, I like fixme.it better because of ease of client to get me a client id
