Overall Satisfaction with FloQast
I'm currently using FloQast checklist and reconciliations modules for completing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings. FloQast checklist tool is useful for the accounting team to keep track of all tasks and ensure it's completed in a timely manner. The reconciliation tool is easy to use and allow manager to assign every balance sheet accounts to a preparer and approver every month. It allows users to save reconciliation supporting documentation within the FloQast system.
- It's a great tool to track tasks and reconciliations within one system
- It sends out notifications when tasks are due/late or reconciliations have become out of balance
- Enhance sorting function by allowing users to view reconciliation by account group (view only cash accounts/prepaids..etc)
