Overall Satisfaction with FloQast
My essential duties at my current organization include reconciling multiple GL Accounts each month. I use FloQast to do these reconciliations by matching reports from the financial software with uploaded trial balances in FloQast. In addition, all relevant documents are able to be saved in the folders that are directly tied to the reconciliation they support. This enables the documents to be at the ready for audit time. Basically everything is packaged in a neat and tidy way for the auditors when they are looking over the books.
- Store documents with the actual close. No more hunting for the backup.
- Allows the team to easily collaborate and ask questions about something specific. That note is ties to the piece of data the question is referring to.
- Allows for automating tasks.
I have not used automation yet.
Very much, with the ability to save the documents in the relevant folders with the close is great.
