Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Formstack for all of our forms on the websites that require a contact form. It was important to find a software that could be well integrated with the other software we use for email marketing, ads, etc. We've used Formstack for many years now and we have not had any issues with it so far.

Super easy to use
Get user interface
Support is very responsive

Sometimes it's hard to locate functionalities that aren't typically used often
Would be great to have more template based options for forms such as zip code

The main use we use Formstack is to ensure our users have a way to contact us whether it's to inquire about their health, an event, or how they can get involved. It is great for general forms that can be routed to specific individuals to receive inquiries, however, we would not feel comfortable using Formstack as a way of keeping customer information such as credit card information.
