Overall Satisfaction with FreshBooks
I use Freshbooks to invoice my clients. It is a flawless and easy to use software. The business problems it addresses specifically are:
- Time
- Money
- Energy
- Nomadic. Seriously, if I forgot to send an estimate or an invoice, I can do it right where I am, even on the beach.
- Organized. The interface is clear, clean and simple. It keeps me very organized.
- I get paid quicker.
- Email click through for my clients has been a problem. I have had to resend repeatedly to one client. That is frustrating but has been the one thing I feel needs improvement.
- I don't completely trust the automated expenses. I still use another application for that.
- I would like better reporting tools.
- Positive impact was an increase in ROI immediately within the first 30 days.
- Positive impact #2 is the time tracking aspect. I love being able to keep track of my time on each project. I learned quickly to adjust my pricing on certain key projects.
- Positive impact #3 has an app!!!
Freshbooks is my go-to software for accounting. I love it the fact I can literally give an estimate right there on the spot and then turn it into an invoice. I can start working with my client immediately. It is equally awesome that I can do it anywhere and it integrates with Stripe which accepts many currencies so we can have the global business we have and offer the support my clients so desperately need!
