Overall Satisfaction with G Suite

We use G Suite across the entire organization. We utilize Gmail, Calendar, Drive (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Meet. It allows us to collaborate as teams and have easy access to the information we need for our organization to be successful. Some of our users use Outlook for email and calendaring but find the use seamless to their prior experiences. Gmail allows to have powerful searching tools to find the emails and communication we need. Sheets allow us to collaborate in realtime on data and even sometimes eliminates all need to screen share. We love using G Suite!
  • Searchable storage of information
  • Collaboration tools that allow realtime editing and updating of sheets, documents, slides
  • Gmail integrates with so many other tools and allows us to leverage email beyond simple messaging
  • Shared calendars help our team stay in sync with both personal, business, and group meetings.
  • This is really hard to think of something. Possibly a "Get things done" type plugin that is native to Gmail
  • Calendars could be updated from the pop-up rather than having to edit
  • Can't think of anything else
  • Better retention and searching of emails
  • Better collaboration and versioning of documents and spreadsheets
  • Better communication between employees
We selected G Suite because it moved earlier from desktop based software and had easier to navigate tools and sharing resources. I haven't reviewed office 365 recently but have been more than happy with the tools and functions that are provided by G Suite and its tools. The biggest advantage I find with G Suite is its search-ability and storage of information.
Great for any user that wants to have a constantly backed up suite of productivity tools and wants to be able to share and collaborate with those tools. Can be difficult to transition people that are used to outlook and filing things away in folders. However when they make the switch they will never go back!
