We use Gist on our websites across the entire business group. Gist has helped us in converting visitors into customers in such an easy way due to its rich CRM features that keep on growing since the first time we deployed it. It is very important for us to capture any opportunity started right from the web.

Simplicity and continuous improvement for the last 1 to 2 years that is useful and impactful to users. In the beginning, it was timely to install with still bugs here and there but after the first 6 months, it is steadily getting better and better with additional features activated along the way.
