- Note-taking for review - understanding client problems better to explain internally in order to come up with fitting solutions - Training - understanding how I can improve my meetings. Discovery questions, mirroring/matching client, filler words -Tracking deals - seeing what my pipeline is looking like and staying on top of it

Gong is very easy to use, and very intuitive. Searching for old calls can be difficult sometimes. Maybe that depends on how the CRM is linked to Gong. Another difficulty in usability is the opportunity tracker. This may also depend on how the CRM is linked. So the functions and capabilities are great and just maybe need to be fine-tuned a bit more to make it much easier and to make the most of it.
Gong has been able to provide actionable insights by reminding me of deals and calls and meetings. Reminds me to ping people. Reminds me what deals are at risk. Reminds me what deals have stalled. Which deals meeting needs a follow-up. This way very little will be slipping through the cracks.

As a new account executive, Gong was helpful in keeping track of training calls for review later. During ramp-up, Gong was helpful in listening to senior account executive calls to get familiar with organizing and conducting meetings. After a few months of building my pipeline, Gong is helpful in keeping track of my deals. Reminds me to ping clients, etc.
