Overall Satisfaction with Gong

We use Gong to ideate product improvements and suggestions from the customers. Our team can directly see the feedback and search for it as Gong has the ability to transcribe calls, making it searchable across the entire organization.

  • The transcription isn't 100% accurate
  • This saves time for follow-ups, and I am able to follow up on any upsell opportunity.
It is usable, but there was a bit of a learning curve in understanding the application.
It has given me better analytics in understanding how much we speak on calls vs our clients.

Gong is best suited for my customer calls where I need to send follow up action items and a recap. I will verbally recap with cues and can go back to review the call at a later time.
