Overall Satisfaction with Gong

We use Gong to record all our demos with prospects as well as follow ups. This allows us to refer back to the action items if needed. We also share the Gong w/our prospects so they can share it within their company. This helps us to save time and make sure nothing gets missed.

Gong recordings provide me with accurate and actionable insights and makes sure that action items aren't forgotten or missed.

Capturing the meeting information to make sure nothing is missed. Reminding me of action items that I need to do or items that I need to send the prospect. I can also review the Gong before getting on the follow up meeting. We also use it for training new employees. Management uses it to give us coaching.
