As a training and coaching tool, [Gong.io is] one of the most valuable resources we have for new sale reps to get familiarized with our prospects - what works, what doesn’t, the types of objections they’ll encounter and examples of how they’re handled (both the good and not so good). Great tool for providing ongoing coaching and feedback, tracking individual and team performance on calls and for better understanding our prospect interactions in aggregate.
