Overall Satisfaction with GoodData
GoodData provides a means to offer client based workspaces to support our offered services to testing sponsors/clients. This is a pay for service for our clients and allows us to present the client data in a professional and polished manner.
Workspace provisioning for external use and segregation of data. This allows for us to provide known desired metrics on prepublished dashboards as well as a self serve area for other client needs.

- Ingestion process is difficult to follow for non data engineers

It took several years to get GoodData up and running for our organization. We are currently in beta mode with our customers. The reason for the extended time of implementation was experimentation with customized Azure connectors and trying to solve latency requirements that could not be met due to the time for the data pipeline to the platform and subsequent batch.
Self service facility saves us time on a daily basis as customized client reports no longer have to be supported by the development staff and can be turned around quickly by the client themselves. This has both helped our clients solve their business issues\problems and reduced overall operational costs internally.

GoodData was more cost effective and did not necessitate additional spend on internal resources. The end user interface was easy to use and did not require additional set up or customization. The clients required little support from the Prometric staff to use the product.
