Overall Satisfaction with Google Analytics Premium
The platform is user-friendly, easy to learn and there is a lot of documentation. The thing is that Google does not actually give us support, all the contracts must be through a Google partner. The partner we are working with is great, they have a lot of experience and they are very supportive. We use this product for the following reasons:
- Improve business process outcomes
- Enhance decision making
- Reduce time to market
- Create internal/operational efficiencies
- Improve business process agility
- Improve customer relations/service
- Product functionality and performance
- Strong services expertise
- Strong consulting partnership
- It would be great for Google to provide more support
- Initial training was nice, would be better if someone were to instruct
- Connecting to Salesforce could be better
- I am able to prove marketing effectiveness to clients
- Streamlined the marketing funnel process
- Saved time on reporting
I work with a lot of analysis for my client along with A/B tests of statistics. Google Analytics Premium provided a complete and application of results even faster, the data shared between optimize and analytics is a very big competitive advantage.
