Google Drive is used across the organization as a supplemental resource to the internal system. It allows different departments to view and edit common documents in real time and access them remotely.

Pros and Cons

Google Drive tracks changes in real time so documents can be quickly updated and shared.

Finding individual documents can be cumbersome, since all users are tied to the names originally given to files and the search function does not extend to the contents of each document.

Return on Investment

The software allowed us to streamline several data aggregation processes and mitigated the need to schedule face to face time to speak about logistics of planning events and contacting clients.

It integrates with all the other G Suite products, of course, but that sometimes means that it gets way too cluttered to be functional whilst trying to find a document quickly.
