Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use GoTo Connect for all of our telephone in-office needs. We've completely cut the cable and it has been a great decision! GoTo Connect has been much more economical and reliable than our old landline-based phone system. Very happy that we made the change!

Pros and Cons

More economical!
Far more reliable with little to no downtime.
The features included in our package/phones are perfect for our needs.

Haven't had any problems, so this is, at least for now an irrelevant question.

A great solution for any small to medium company looking to improve functionality and keep costs down! The system is very easy to use as well! The color screen is a nice size, speed buttons are very easy to program and use.
