Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect

Cleveland City Schools deploys GoTo Connect to over 600 VOIP lines throughout the district. This includes desk phones and mobile app access to the VOIP line for connectivity from anywhere. Our previous VOIP provider was much more expensive and didn't' provide as many features. GoTo Connect consolidated all of our communications needs into one platform at a fantastic price.

GoTo Connect had a dedicated project manager assigned to the team. Along with this, there was an implementation specialist and an engineer. We had a unique setup that needed to be accommodated with SIP intercom integration. The previous vendor struggled with this and never managed to get it working. GoTo Connect got it set up quickly and easily during the trial before we even made a commitment to pay just to ensure everything was working correctly and met our needs. The actual deployment went very smoothly with no issues deploying more than 600 lines.
When employees have access to one method of communication the options they have for interacting with varying constituents that have different needs are reduced. Offering multiple platforms becomes cumbersome and employees don't use them. GoTo Connect unifies all aspects of communication into one easy-to-use, fluid platform. This empowers employees with the tools they need to best do their job.

GoTo Connect is wonderful for small-scale to large-scale deployments. It offers a comprehensive, feature-rich communications platform that can consolidate voice, text messaging, and online meetings into one platform. GoTo Connect assists with the transition from previous voice vendors using a dedicated project manager. We moved over 600 lines with almost no downtime. The product was less expensive than others when considering the total value of the product, and the options and quality are fantastic.
