Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting
Having used GoTo Meeting prior to the pandemic allowed our organization to easily transition to virtual-only meetings at a time when doing so was essential. We continue to use GoTo Meeting for applicant interviews, meetings, and training whenever possible, allowing us to save time and travel. GoTo Meeting has become an essential part of our daily workflow.

While each of these products are similar, we had already been using GoTo Meeting prior to availability of the others. The price point of the competitors is enticing and is something that should be taken into consideration, but we have had no issues with GoTo Meeting. The audio and video quality are always good -- something that cannot be said for all the others.

Using GoTo Meeting
125 - All of our full-time staff utilize GoTo Meeting. Our most common uses are for applicant interviews, staff meetings, meetings with consultants, project meetings, and meetings with vendors. We also use GoTo Meeting to facilitate training sessions. These uses span various business functions such as HR, Finance, Administration, Information Technology, and more.
4 - Four staff members of our IT department share the responsibility of supporting GoTo Meeting on an ongoing basis, but a single individual could easily handle this. There is very little support needed once the application has been installed. The most common support requests are related to users having trouble with their camera or microphone, which is typically a Windows issue.
