Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We used GoToWebinar to conduct industry webinars for lead generation and branding, customer/partner workshops for revenue generation and internal company townhall as well as employee discussions. We used both types of meetings- live sessions as well as recorded webcasts and on-demand video streaming modes for creating meaningful content experience and interaction with our brand.

The platform user experience is very seamless
The webinar use case is covered extensively with features that covers the entire lifecycle: registation generation, nurturing registrants, live session, attendee management, session experience, follow ups and insights
Webinar Analytics is near instant and exhaustive- date/ time stamps and every user behaviour is tracked

Integrations with CRMs and marketing automation are limited.
There is severe limitations with design and customisation of webinar registration landing page
The web experience on mobile is not seamless, you need to install mobile app
