Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Webinar

We use GoTo Webinar in our organization to help educate our staff. It is such an efficient way to help with Accounting, Payroll, Staffing, ect. Some of the business problems the GoTo Webinar addresses are Accounting, Payroll, Human Resources Management and policy management. All of these program are easy to use, and user friendly.

Pros

Cons

  • Would like some tools on Maintenance programs
  • Employees are able to save time with the provided software
We would rate GoTo Webinar's overall usability an 8. It is easy to use. It is nice for those who do not use technology a lot.
We selected GoTo Webinars for several reason. It is easy to use. They have good customer service. They offer a lot of what we need.

GoTo Webinar is well suited in many areas. We loved the many accounting products that they provide. We would like some programs on Maintenance products, and how to organize our maintenance supplies. Customer Service is good.

Using GoTo Webinar

50 - The business functions they represent range from different positions within the school district. We have Directors, Principals, Assistant Principals, Senior Admin Assistants., Teachers, Counselors and Managers. It is a good fit for all.
The types of people or skills required to support GoTo Webinar, would be staff from our I.T. Department. When anyone needs any type of computer technical support, we generally always reach out to out I.T. Department. They can usually figure out the issues.

The single most important factor in your decision was the ease of use. Many of our employees are extremally busy, so it was nice to have something so simple and quick.
We would not change our evaluation and selection process. We are very happy with GoTo Connect

We are very satisfied with the implementation. It went very smoothly
Yes - We started out with the District Office, then moved form one school to another.
Change management was minimal - The lessons regarding change management did we take away from implementing GoTo Webinar, was very minimal. We saw it as a way to improve.

We did not purchase premium support. We did not purchase premium support, because our I.T. Deptment advised us not to. They fell they would be able to help with any support that came up.
There have been a couple instances where I've needed support. Every instance they have been friendly, fast, and respectful. They have always ben able to resolve my issue in a timely manner.
The overall support for GoTo Webinar is always great. Very friend, and respectful. Have always been able to resolve my issues quickly.
