As a IT Business we have to deal with virtual events with our end customer, at the same time we position our company in the national market. We are still growing in the actual market so a new tool that make possible to reach the goal market is crucial at the moment of create events. With the help of GoTo Webinar we want to made easy this overall requirement.
- Reports include very nice information about the overall webinar over the time of the event. This is crucial to obtain impact metrics.
- Email campaigns are goods, the fonts, styles and invites are outstanding
- Tools to create and draft Webinar are easy
- Integration with services like Hubspot is very significant for us.
- API integration to capture programmatically all the information.
- Slido option to make polls
- Integration with collaboration products, like softphone or telepresence devices.
- We don't invest on a large scale solution to implement our webinars sesions.
- There's option for a subscription-base license
- It's a tool that we use as required
GoTo provides features that others vendors don't have, analytics dashboard is exclusive for webinars sessions and it provides value to the complete solution, styling invite emails is another feature that will not find on other solutions. The advantage of other vendors is the collaboration ecosystem, Webex has devices and telepresence devices for conference room which is native for Cisco products, but it doesn't mean that GoTo is worse than Webex, Zoom is good competitor but it's not feasible and some information leaks has prove that the solution is not as secure as they said.
